As a legacy member of Jack & Jill, Marc Montgomery has long embodied the mission of service, mentorship, and leadership in WCCC. From organizing toy drives as “Santa” for our youngest members to chaperoning Teen events, leading the Father’s Auxiliary, mentoring young men through Kappa League, and opening his home for beloved Teen gatherings like the College & Career Kickback, Marc has shown up fully for our families and Teens every step of the way.

His impact is lasting, his presence deeply valued, and his legacy one our Teens will carry with them for years to come. This is why he Distinguished Teen Father of the Year.

Today we celebrate Editor Patience for her incredible service as our chapter storyteller.

For the past three years, Patience has been the heart behind our communications. From creating and branding our newsletter, The Western Connect, to keeping our IG and Facebook feed vibrant and engaging, she has brought the WCCC story to life with creativity and precision. She has also established and nurtured relationships with mothers across all grade groups within our chapter.  As well as planned and hosted innovative and creative grade group activities for her sons.

But her dedication didn't stop at the chapter level—she also shared her talents with the Region as a member of the Regional Protocol Committee. Her wisdom, attention to detail, and steady leadership on our Executive Board have been invaluable to us all.

Patience, thank you for your hard work and for always being a "steady voice" of reason and innovation. We are so proud to see you transition into your new role as Chapter President!   

We know you will lead with the same strength and grace you’ve shown us every day.

When you get a hug from our very own Erika Montgomery, you know without a doubt that you are loved.

For years, Erika has lovingly supported and encouraged our teens. They voted for her for their own reasons, but we know its from the love they feel when she is around. 💙🩷

We celebrate the quiet grace and steady presence of Leslie Truelove. A proven leader in every sense, she wore many hats with patience, poise, compassion, and unwavering dedication.

Through it all, she led with humility and strength, offering the kind of gentle and compassionate leadership that leaves a lasting impact. We are deeply grateful for her service, wisdom, and care. 💙🩷
