What a great day with our CUC Alumni Association Board!

On Friday, our board spent the day together discussing ways to strengthen alumni engagement, support students, and continue building meaningful connections across the CUC community.

After the retreat, we celebrated the end of the first week of classes with current students at a Dirty Soda party. We loved seeing alumni and students connect over sweet drinks, conversation, and CUC spirit!

The Ferguson Art Gallery at CUC is pleased to announce the first exhibit of the academic year, the Alumni and Student Art Show! 🎨

The exhibit is free and open to the public from Aug. 24 to Sept. 25. A reception with the artists will be held in the gallery Sunday, Sept. 20 from 1-3 p.m., with an alumni artist talk at 2 p.m. April Payton Parviz (BA '11), Tim Fote (BA '10), and Caleb Egland (BA '24) share their art and professional experiences alongside the work of students enrolled in CUC art classes.

Flat Charlie is drifting away for the season! 🌊🛟

As summer comes to a close, we thank everyone who brought Flat Charlie with them on their adventures around the world! And while we say goodbye to Flat Charlie for now, catch him again on the CUC campus bright and early for classes.

As summer travels come to an end, Flat Charlie had a blast attending the Back to School Bash and opening service with Lisa Dippel (BA '82) at St. Paul's Lutheran Church & School in Fort Worth, Texas. It was a great kickoff to a new year! 🎉🍎🐾
