We have recently received several questions about the Ripley Nazarene Mission Family Resource Center following announcements from another organization in our community that has launched programs with a similar name. Some have asked whether our ministry has moved or changed its name.
To clarify, Ripley Nazarene Mission Family Resource Center has not moved and has not changed its name. Our organization continues to operate as it always has, serving families throughout Greater Jackson County through our Ripley Nazarene Mission Baby Pantry ministry.
Since 2015, our Baby Pantry has worked to support local families by providing diapers, wipes, formula, and other essential baby items. We are proud to be a member of the National Diaper Bank Network, and through strong community partnerships and the generosity of grant supporters, churches, businesses, and individuals, our ability to serve families has steadily expanded over the past eleven years.
One of the principles that has guided our work from the beginning is accessibility. Our pantry does not require income verification or eligibility documentation. Our goal is simple: to assist families who have a need for the items we are able to provide and to do so with dignity and compassion.
We are grateful for the many individuals, organizations, and community partners who have supported this ministry over the years. Their generosity has allowed us to serve hundreds of families and distribute thousands of diapers and essential supplies to children in our community.
As we look to the future, we remain committed to our mission of caring for families and working toward the goal of ending diaper need in our community. We appreciate the continued encouragement and support of the Jackson County community as we carry this work forward.
