How can we help our community understand the difference from baby blues all the way to Postpartum psychosis?
*get educated
*break the stigma
*listen
*take action

No one is immune. Help give mama's a voice.

Maternal mental health has to include more than depression.

Anxiety.
OCD.
Intrusive thoughts.
Rage.
Birth trauma.
Psychosis.

Because sometimes postpartum doesn’t look like sadness.

Sometimes it looks like panic.
Constant fear.
Thoughts you can’t shut off.
Anger you don’t recognize.
Reliving your birth over and over.
Feeling completely unlike yourself.

Moms need language for what they’re actually experiencing.

Because you can’t ask for the right help when you don’t even have the words to explain what’s happening.

Maternal mental health is bigger than depression.

And we need to start talking about all of it.

💜 What an Incredible Maternal Mental Health Summit! 💜

We are still reflecting on what an amazing and meaningful day our Maternal Mental Health Summit was this year!
From our incredible speakers who shared their knowledge, expertise, and personal stories, to the heartfelt conversations that reminded us why this work matters.

We were also incredibly blessed by the support of our amazing sponsors, community partners, vendors, volunteers, and advocates who believe in our mission and helped make this event possible. Your support allows us to continue bringing awareness, education, hope, and resources to mothers, families, and communities.
Maternal mental health affects people from all walks of life. By coming together, sharing our stories, and educating one another, we can help break the stigma, silence and make sure no mother feels alone.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, spoke up, supported us, and helped make this year's summit a success. 💜 Thank you Miss Albuquerque for joining us and helping us share your passion on the importance of a women's voice.

Together, we can make a difference. Reminder next year August 20, 2027
