9 years ago today, we had our soft opening at 13 Jolina Court! Family members and community members who supported our Kickstarter campaign gathered to see the shiny new space, enjoy hors d’ouvres, and launch this brick & mortar stage of RCK. We can’t believe it’s been almost a decade! Thank you as always to our incredible community members for your support and keep an eye out for our anniversary celebration sometime next month!

And just like that, school is back in session! If you’re feeling like you could use a little help with the transition, let us take dinner off your to-do list. With 38 different meals to choose from, like this Corn Chowder, we’re sure there’s something you’ll love.

It is just too dang gorgeous these days to spend any extra time in the kitchen! Our Eggplant or Chicken Parmesan will both free up some precious time and provide a truly delicious meal to boot. Buon appetito!
