Voices for Virginia’s Children is looking for a Sr. Policy Analyst to lead statewide policy work focused on Early Childhood Care & Education + Maternal Health.
This role will help advance policies that support families during pregnancy, the postpartum period, and a child’s earliest years, including work to improve maternal and infant health outcomes, reduce racial disparities in perinatal health, expand access to affordable, high-quality child care, and support fair compensation for early educators.
Salary: $68,000–$74,000
Location: Richmond, VA | Hybrid

Virginia: In 2025, Voices for Virginia's Children supported Momnibus legislation that includes $5 million in investments in maternal health, as well as critical legislation expanding Medicaid coverage for doula services, and allowing midwives to practice to the full scope of their training.
