We always love when Molly comes to cook! 💚🍴

Last week, we held another Farm Fresh Cooking Class! The kids made colorful rainbow tacos, fresh salsa, and chips. 🌈🌮

They always enjoy taking a walk through the Richland Area Farmers Market and then using the fresh ingredients they find to create a yummy meal together! 🥕🍅

We love seeing them explore, learn, and have fun with fresh, local food! ❤️

Our 6-Week Boot Camp with Stephanie is coming up, and it’s the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself, build strength, and have fun along the way! 🔥

This full-body fitness class is designed for all fitness levels and combines strength training, cardio, balance, and functional movements to help improve endurance and overall fitness.

With guidance, encouragement, and modifications from Stephanie, you’ll be challenged, supported, and motivated every step of the way. No matter where you’re starting, you can work at your own pace and grow stronger!

Last week we had the incredible opportunity to hear Dr. Carl Palazzolo, DVM, share the inspiring comeback story of the American bald eagle in Michigan.

We also learned about the amazing lives of these beautiful birds and the dedicated people who care for them.

One special guest was a female eagle, nearly 20 years old, who was rescued with a serious wing injury. She now calls rehabilitation home and could live up to 40 years!
