We are excited to welcome everyone to Airtime BMX in Reedley for the **2026 Nor Cal State Finals Weekend, October 2–4!**

Please read through this entire post, every page of the flyers and all included details so you understand the schedules, maps and rules for the weekend. All rules that have been put in place will be followed.

🏁 **WEEKEND RACING INFORMATION**
**FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2 — SINGLE-POINT RACE**
Gates and camping open: **12:00 PM**
Sign-ups: **6:00–7:00 PM**
Balance bike practice: **6:50 PM**
Pedal bikes: **$12**
Balance bikes: **$8**
**SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3 — DOUBLE-POINT PRE-RACE**
Gates open: **8:00 AM**
Age-group practice begins: **9:10 AM**
Sign-ups: **10:00–11:30 AM**
Balance bike practice: **11:30–11:50 AM**
Racing: **12:00 PM**
Pedal bikes: **$45**
Balance bikes: **$25**
⚠️ **Saturday is the only practice opportunity for Sunday.**
**SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4 — NOR CAL STATE FINALS**
Gates open: **7:00 AM**
**NO SIGN-UPS**
**NO PRACTICE**
Racing: **8:30 AM SHARP**
Pedal bikes: **$60**
Balance bikes: **$30**
💻 **RACE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION**
**All pre-signs will be completed through USA BMX.**
USA BMX pre-signs open **Friday, September 4**.
Sunday State Finals pre-signs close **Saturday, October 3, at 8:00 PM**.
**Friday and Saturday in-person sign-ups** can be paid by **cash or card**. A small processing fee will apply to card payments.
**There are NO in-person sign-ups on Sunday.**
🏕️ **CAMPING INFORMATION**
Camping sign-ups open **Friday, September 4, at 7:00 PM**.
Camping is limited to only **20 spaces** and is **$120 for the weekend**.
**Camping payments must be made through Venmo to -bmx at the time of sign-up. Venmo is the only accepted payment method for camping. No refunds.**
Camping includes Friday and Saturday nights. All campers must depart Sunday after racing is complete. This is dry camping only with no hookups.
Gates open for camping at **12:00 PM Friday**, and all campers must be parked by **10:00 PM Friday**.
School next door will be in session Friday. Parent pickup and buses use the road approximately **3:00–5:00 PM**, so please expect delays.
All campers must back up to the fence line. Spaces will be filled in arrival order with no individual space selection.
⛺ **RESERVED CANOPY/EZ-UP SPACES**
Each 10x10 space is $40 Limit 4 per person
Reserved canopy/EZ-up spaces open **Friday, September 11, at 7:00 PM**.
**Canopy payments must be made through Venmo to -bmx at the time of sign-up. Venmo is the only accepted payment method for reserved canopy spaces. No refunds.**
The camping and canopy sign-up links will be posted separately on their scheduled release dates. Spaces are limited, so make sure you are ready when each sign-up opens.
🚗 **PARKING AND EVENT RULES**
There are **20 designated accessible parking spaces** at the front entrance for vehicles displaying a valid accessible placard or license plate. These spaces are first come, first served. Once they are full, event staff will direct vehicles to the general parking lot currently in use.
Park only in designated parking lots and follow all directions from event staff. No vehicles may be parked or driven outside the designated lots.
🚫 **NO E-BIKES • PIT BIKES • ELECTRIC BIKES • STACYC BIKES**
No similar motorized or electric ride-ons are allowed anywhere on the property. **Leave them at home.**
