✨ **Our Teen Program is back!** ✨

A couple of weeks ago, we kicked off another season of Teen Program at Micah House, and our teens were SO excited to be back together! 💙

We spent our first day catching up over snacks, going over a few housekeeping reminders, making name tags, and—of course—breaking the ice with a game that had everyone joining in and having fun. 🙌

There was so much excitement in the room as friends reconnected and everyone settled back in. We’re looking forward to all that this new season will bring and are so grateful for the opportunity to continue creating a place where our teens can connect, grow, and belong.

☀️🎒 **SUMMER HIGHLIGHT: BACKPACK JAM!** 🎒☀️

As summer starts winding down, we’re looking back at one of our FAVORITE days of the season—and WOW, Redlands showed up! ❤️🙌

Our annual **Backpack Jam** brought our community together to help local kids and families head into the new school year feeling supported, celebrated, and READY! 📚✏️

Just look at what our community made possible:

🎒 **1,100 backpacks** filled with school supplies donated by our community
🚲 **30 bikes & scooters** given away
💈 **100 haircuts** provided by Street Shaves
📚 New library card sign-ups with the A.K. Smiley Public Library
🎉 **38 Community Connection tables** offering resources, activities, and FUN for the whole family!

And honestly, the numbers are incredible—but our favorite part was seeing the KIDS. 🥹❤️

Watching them walk through, choose their very own backpack, take their picture, and light up with excitement made every bit of work leading up to this day worth it.

We’re so thankful for the **Redlands Police Department** for sponsoring Backpack Jam and for every volunteer, Backpack Buddy, community partner, vendor, and donor who helped make this day possible.

This is what happens when a community comes together to love and serve its neighbors. ❤️

We saw God’s hand all over this day, and we are SO grateful we got to be a part of it!

So excited! 🎒 We were able to donate 200 backpacks from the Back2School Jam to Redlands Unified School District!

These backpacks will go directly to school counselors at every school in the district to be given to students who need them.

We’re so grateful for a community that comes together to support local students!
