Dear Kings Point Homeowner(s),

In accordance with the Bylaws of the Council of Unit Owners for Kings Point Association, please consider this the official Call for Candidates for the Annual Meeting of the Association to be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. via ZOOM.

The purpose of this meeting is to elect members from the community to the Board of Directors and to conduct any other business which may come before the Council. If there is an item that you would like to have added to the agenda, please submit it to the management company in writing or via email to [email protected].

Serving on the Board requires a sincere desire to serve your community and is an excellent opportunity to become involved in the affairs and management as well as be a part of the decision making for the Association. Should you wish to have your name placed on the Ballot, please complete and return the enclosed candidate resume form by email at [email protected], by mail at Kings Point Association, 1099 Winterson Road, Suite 200, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090, or by fax at 443-883-3745 no later than November 7, 2026. Nominations can also be made and will be accepted from the floor the night of the meeting. Please be advised that you must be current on your assessments to serve on the Board.
