Please join me and the Baltimore County Department of Planning as we kick-off work with The Nelson Ideation Group in Creating a Community Development Organization for Liberty Road on Tuesday, December 6th at 6:30pm

Baltimore County has retained the services of The nelson Ideation Group to engage community stakeholders in forming a non-profit community development organization (CDO). The programmatic and geographic focus of the CDO’s work will be determined by stakeholders, and build upon the strengths in Liberty Road’s central node in Randallstown, while recognizing that multiple portions of the corridor need reinvestment. Setting priorities for how a new organization can make the most impact along the corridor will be an important part of the work to be completed by a broad range of stakeholders working together.

Dear Birchwood at Kings Park Residents,

The Board has identified a need to have our August Board Meeting in person and via Zoom. The in-person session will take place at the Randallstown Community Center located 3505 Resource Drive, Randallstown, Maryland in the large resource room.

Those who choose to attend via Zoom will use the same link previously sent out and listed below to attend. We will be monitoring the chat to address questions posed by those attending via Zoom.

As a reminder the Association's attorney Justin G. Cameron, Esq. will be in attendance to answer any questions that homeowners may have related to the proposed changes to our governing documents.

Homeowners will also be able to submit ballots in person.
