The Bell Tower Foundation initiated in 2001 as the support mechanism for the funding and build of today's Bell Tower Community Center.

From our food pantry to community cleanup, local arts, military families and more, RSM Cares brings our community together to make a difference.

2026 California Nonprofit of the Year Since that time The Bell Tower Foundation has transitioned into a true community foundation connecting a myriad of elements in the community to include residents, organizations, and local businesses. The Bell Tower Foundation's goal is to continue to emerge as a community foundation that partners with local groups to further causes. This means support through monetary donations, use of our volunteer distribution list which we grow at local events, and launching programs that support the needy, the unemployed, the underserved, and the next generation in our community. We are more than a volunteer connection hub, and we are flexible in how and to whom we contribute.

🇺🇸 It was a special Halloween celebration with our 2/5 Marine families! 🎃

One of the ways RSM Cares serves our community is by supporting the Marines of our adopted 2/5 Battalion at Camp Pendleton and their families.

We loved seeing these families enjoy some Halloween fun right here in RSM!

A big thank-you to SAMLARC for including our Marine families in this year’s Halloween Family Fest and to Sgt. Pepperoni’s Pizza Store for generously hosting them for dinner! ❤️

We’re grateful for every opportunity to show our Marines and their loved ones how much our community appreciates them.

🎃👻 Happy Halloween from RSM Cares!

We had a spooktacular time at yesterday’s SAMLARC Halloween Family Fest! 🍬🧡

From creative costumes to lots of smiling faces, we loved getting to celebrate with our Rancho Santa Margarita neighbors!

Thank you to SAMLARC for bringing our community together and to our wonderful RSM Cares volunteers who helped make the day so sweet!

RSM Cares is joining the fun at SAMLARC’s Halloween Family Festival on Friday, October 30, and we’re looking for a few volunteers to help make it a spooktacular afternoon for local families!

👻 We need help with:

* Decorating and setting up our booth
* Handing out candy to trick-or-treaters
* Taking down our booth after the festivities

It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of one of our longtime volunteers, Valentin Martinez. The victim of a random act of violence, Valentin leaves behind his partner, Mia, and their three young children.

“He was so sweet,” shares Sherri Lex, RSM Cares President. “He came to us in need, but wanted to give back to others. He would drive around with three car seats in his car picking up food for the pantry, while still working nights to provide for his family.”

We’re grateful for Valentin’s heart to serve others and his example of generosity, even as he worked hard to care for his own family. He will be deeply missed by our RSM Cares community.

Our neighbors’ pets need a little love, too! 🐾❤️

Did you know RSM Cares provides pet food to help local families care for their four-legged family members?

Our pet food supplies are running low, and we could use your help restocking!

Donations of unopened pet food in its original packaging can help make sure our neighbors don’t have to worry about feeding their furry friends when times are tough.

Did you know RSM Cares supports our local Marines and their families? 🇺🇸❤️

In partnership with City of Rancho Santa Margarita , we support our adopted 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines (2/5) at Camp Pendleton. We’re proud to give back to those who serve our country!

Throughout the year, our community comes together to support Marines and their loved ones through care packages, holiday celebrations, special events, and more.

And this holiday season, we’re preparing care packages for approximately 1,000 Marines!

Want to help us show our appreciation? We’re collecting crew socks, snacks, jerky, Gatorade, protein bars, and handwritten letters and cards.

Every contribution is a reminder to our Marines that their community is behind them. ❤️
