Will you participate in the banner competition? Organizations are invited to create a patriotic banner to represent Ramsey community spirit and the celebration of Americaโ€™s 250th. Line up for the parade at 10:00 AM on South Island to show off your masterpiece! Judging will occur during the Hometown Heroโ€™s baseball game, and the winning banner will be displayed inside the Ramsey Free Public Library.
