⭐ Liz Killmeier joined us in 2018 and supports the development and ex*****on of our strategic priorities, bringing a deep commitment to amplifying community voices.

⭐ Patrick Nerz leads key aspects of our development work, from evaluating concepts and financial modeling to coordinating design and construction.

⭐ Joseph Omozokpea joined our team in 2021 and helps guide rental housing developments from initial concepts through feasibility, financing, construction, and occupancy.

⭐ Ernest Knight brings more than a decade of IT experience, helping ensure our technology systems run smoothly and our team has the support it needs to advance our mission.

Through our partnership with Greenwood Forest Baptist Church, we're helping bring the Timothy Ash Carr Center to life - a mixed-use development that will include 51 affordable homes, a YMCA childcare center, and space for community partners serving local families.
