Thank you to NC Senator Natalie Murdock for taking the time to visit with NC LIVE, Library Director Christy Bondy, and county and library staff at the Chatham Community Library! We are so grateful for the opportunity to sit down together and share how NC LIVE and NC libraries serve our communities with resources for healthcare support, workforce development, and continuing education. We greatly appreciate NC LEAF alumna Rita Van Duinen for emphasizing the role that libraries have in supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs as well.

We were also excited for the opportunity to get our very own Chatham County library cards (along with Sen. Murdock)!
