Pride month is in full swing and we're kicking it off with a health-based First Friday event with your faves .o.f.wrld .melodyrose and ViiV! We'll have free STI/HIV testing with Alliance, trivia hosted by Melody Rose, health-based giveaways, and small bites from Da Bubz/Le Dive. 💫

No RSVP required, just drop in when you can! Come by 8pm to join trivia, we'll have a prize for the winning team 🌈

Registration for ASPYRE Youth Leadership Camp opens TOMORROW, June 1!

ASPYRE Youth Leadership Camp empowers young members of the LGBTQ+ community and their allies to achieve personal growth through activism and community engagement. Camp ASPYRE provides our youth an opportunity to discover their authentic voices while strengthening their leadership and advocacy skills.. all while connecting with other passionate young people who are also ready to create change.

Open to youth ages 13 to 18 who are currently enrolled in high school.

As a beneficiary organization of the Elton John Impact Awards, The LGBT Center of Raleigh is able to continue driving meaningful change for LGBTQ+ communities by expanding program offerings and providing much-needed community supplies. 🌈.

This program goes beyond celebration, providing critical funding and visibility to organizations like ours, helping expand life-affirming programs and reach more people who need support.

We’re also excited to celebrate the trailblazers being recognized for shaping culture through their sustained impact on the LGBTQ+ community.

Don’t forget to tune in starting June 1 on or wherever you get your podcasts to hear powerful stories from this year’s incredible honorees, as well as our Executive Director, Kori Hennessey, on how this grant support helps drive our work and expands our impact.
