Belle of the Ball was founded in 2006 by Krystyna Sarrazin to help girls who can not afford Prom dresses make their dreams come true. Each year we hold a boutique where local high schoolers come and are assigned a personal shopper to assist them in choosing the prom dress of their dreams, FOR FREE!
