Staffing continues to be one of the biggest challenges facing alarm companies and integrators today. At the same time, Park Technical College's Low Voltage program is growing quickly and preparing students for careers in fire alarm, security, integration, and low voltage work.

Join SILSA NW for our October Zoom meeting featuring Earl Gordon, Low Voltage Instructor at Clover Park Technical College, along with co-presenter Todd Fuller, one of the program’s six instructors. Together, they will share more about the program’s growth, what students are learning, and why this program is such a valuable resource for our local industry.

This session will also highlight ways our industry can connect with students preparing to enter the workforce. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, share what they are seeing in the field, and provide feedback on the skills and topics most needed in today’s fire alarm, security, and low voltage careers.

Join us to learn more about this growing program, support workforce development, and help bring greater visibility to the career opportunities available in our industry.
