10 courts and a whole lot of possibility! 😍

This summer, we celebrated the newly refurbished courts at Crotona Park with NYJTL at I.S. 061 Leonardo Da Vinci, Yonex US and an incredible community of partners helping us create more places for young people to play, learn, grow and dream BIG. Because when you create access, there’s no telling where it can lead!

We believe that excellence is more than a score or a trophy. We asked our young people what excellence means to them, and their answers say it all. 💙

This is what unlocking excellence looks like. 💙

New career paths. New connections. Giving back. Unforgettable US Open Tennis Championships moments. And walking away with an even bigger sense of what’s possible. We had an incredible Career Excellence Week with young people from NJTL chapters across the country. The possibilities from here? Endless! 🚀

What better place to talk about the pursuit of excellence than inside Arthur Ashe Stadium? 🎾

Overlooking the court where she captured two US Open Tennis Championships singles titles, Venus Williams met with a group of young people from the Sloane Stephens Foundation. There, she shared powerful life lessons on how tennis builds resilience and prepares you for life far beyond the court. She reminded everyone in the room that her success isn't the exception; it's the rule when you commit to excellence in everything you do.

Through the Williams Family Excellence Program, we’re committed to ensuring young people are in rooms where they can experience these lessons firsthand—equipping them with the tools, access, and confidence to succeed on and off the court. 🌟
