The gardeners at Cattail Crossing are excited to partner with Pueblo West Water Department to create a new Butterfly Haven water wise garden for our community! 🦋🌼

This beautiful space features pollinator-friendly plants, water wise landscaping, and a welcoming habitat for butterflies, bees, and other important pollinators. We’re proud to help make our community greener, more sustainable, and more beautiful for everyone to enjoy.

This morning we planted another 60+ perrenials in the new Butterfly Haven bed and the existing Prairie. Thank you Pueblo West Water Department for gifting us the gardens in a box from Resource Central!

The Cattail Gardeners are teaming up with Pueblo West Water Department and Parks & Rec to create a Butterfly Haven bed across from the pond! This water-wise garden comes from Resource Central’s Garden In A Box program (available to all Pueblo West homeowners): https://resourcecentral.org/gardens/

We’re out there Friday mornings from 9–11, and planting day is Friday, May 8th—stop by if you’re around, we’d love to have you say hi and check it out!
