Junior Golf Session 3 registration opens soon! ⛳️

Whether your child is new to golf or looking to improve their skills, this program is a great way to learn the fundamentals of the game while building confidence, sportsmanship, and course etiquette in a fun and supportive environment.

Open to ages 5–16 with age-based groups available. Spots are limited and classes fill quickly, so be sure to register early!

Bring plenty of water, be courteous to fellow trail users, follow posted trail rules, and always check the forecast before heading out. A little planning goes a long way toward making the most of Pueblo West's 27+ miles of trails.

Waggin Tails dog park at Lovell Park will be closed today starting at 12:30 for maintenance. It will reopen tomorrow morning at 7:00 am and resume normal hours.

Beat the heat and go check out the new shade structures at the Barker Park dog park in the meantime!

Thank you to everyone who came out and joined us for Mid Summer Jam! ☀️🎶

What an amazing evening of live music, great food, games, and community fun at Civic Center Park. We loved seeing so many families, friends, and neighbors enjoying a summer night together.

A special thank you to our talented bands, Tiny Pockets and The Seven One Nine, for keeping the park rocking all evening long! 🎵

🎾 A quick heads up for our tennis players!

The Civic Center Tennis Courts will be closed on Friday, June 19, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM for scheduled crack repair maintenance.

The courts will reopen after 12:00 PM once the repairs are complete and the materials have had time to dry. Thank you for your patience as we work to keep the courts in great condition for everyone to enjoy!

Don't forget to come pick up your sign for the 4th of July Sign Contest! We can't wait to kick off this extra special 4th of July and are excited to offer this sign contest for kids 12 and under.

How it works:
-Stop by the Parks and Rec office to pick up your blank sign
-Decorate the sign using the prompt "What does the 4th of July mean to you?"
-Return the sign to the parks office by June 30th to be entered into a drawing to win a free sports registration
-We will display all the signs during our 4th of July event at Civic Center Park

We can't wait to see what you come up with and are super excited to put together a great 4th of July celebration for our community.

This session's theme is Outdoor Sports, giving kids ages 4–7 the chance to stay active, make new friends, and enjoy plenty of outdoor fun this summer. From games and activities to learning new skills, it's a great way to keep your child engaged and moving during summer break.
