RINEMBA Mission Statement:
Rhode Island NEMBA’s mission is to create a positive and inclusive mountain biking culture in Rhode Island. We are dedicated to developing and maintaining access to sustainable, environmentally-friendly mountain bike trails, supporting our members, linking communities, supporting local businesses, and promoting the general health of our local population and the protection of open spaces.

ATTN Woody Hill Riders: Saturday, September 5th at 9AM, the annual WTAC trail maintenance will be occurring on XC Up and XC Down. If you plan on riding there please be courteous to our fellow trail users and the maintenance team. We encourage you to use the Fallon Lot instead.

• Intermediate Summer Series XC, 8-12 miles

09/03: Big River (Multiple Groups) - Burnt Sawmill Lot
• Fast group will leave at 5:30pm
• Intermediate group will leave at 5:30 and loop back for 6:00 to pick up anyone running behind
• Mellow/Social Group will leave at 6:00pm

09/05: Big River (8:30AM)
• Relaxed & Adventurous Ride

A huge thank you to Mike Parillo for his incredibly generous donation of a ZOLL AED Plus to RI NEMBA! ❤️🚑

Mike donated the AED to us on Sunday at the Big River Fun Ride, and it will be an important addition to our safety equipment for RI NEMBA events. Having an AED readily available can make a critical difference in an emergency, and we’re extremely grateful to Mike for helping us make our events safer for our riders, volunteers, and community.

Our RI NEMBA Leadership Team recently completed First Aid, CPR, and AED training, so we have a solid foundation in using AEDs. We’ll also be scheduling time with Mike to go over the specific device with our leadership team so everyone is familiar and comfortable with this particular unit.

Thank you, Mike, for supporting RI NEMBA and helping us look out for our mountain biking community! 🙌🚵‍♀️

Wow! We hope everyone had as much fun as we did today at the Big River Fun Ride! Thank you to everyone who came out! A special thank you to to delslemonade, bigringersnehsca, killingtonmtn, and Highland Mountain Bike Park!

Also, we do our best to take down all of the arrows after the event. However, if you’re riding Big River and you spot any, please help us out and take them down! Thanks! 😊
