On behalf of the Garland Hayward Youth Center and its management team, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Ernest Tighman, Andrew Pittman, and Donald Shreeves for their time, hard work, and dedication in sanitizing and cleaning the Youth Center in preparation for our returning youth.
