Wicomico:
HALO: serves men, women, and families; typically opens for bad/cold weather for both shelter stays with additional beds and daytime respite. I have emailed them for clarification of what may be available. Their phone number is 410-742-9356 and their address is 119 South Blvd, Salisbury.

Hands and Hearts Ending Homelessness (HHEH): serves men only, they will also typically offer overflow beds but are often maxed out for the entirety of the season. Their phone number is 443-397-2243 and their address is 31525 John Deere Drive, Salisbury.

Worcester:
Ocean City Cold Weather Shelter: serves men and women. Here is the most recent communication from them:
Instead of updating every few days, I'm just going to bottom line it- the shelter will be OPEN EVERY NIGHT until further notice.

All new guests will need to call to pre-register for the season. They must call 443-880-5060 to do so. They may call this number any day, any time, to pre-register. If their call goes to voicemail, they must leave a message with their FULL legal name and date of birth, as well as a callback number (if they have one). This will allow us to perform our necessary pre-check. Guests only need to do this one time for the entire 2024/2025 season. Once they are approved for the season, they can simply show up each night that we are open.

Check-in time to arrive at the shelter on the nights that we are open is between 5-7 PM.

After 7 PM, guests must contact the OCPD for a police es**rt to the shelter.

The Shelter is located at the far end of St. Peter's Lutheran Church at 10301 Coastal Hwy, Ocean City, MD 21842
