A Workforce Development pathway for American Youth to train for and find career opportunities with NGOs, Municipalities, and State/ Federal Agencies in construction, conservation, and STEM fields. At GEM Environmental we are actively engaged in the conservation of public lands by providing data collection services, environmental monitoring/ maintenance, and remediation/ site clean up for abandoned
and potentially hazardous mining sites. All projects and closures are completed with the assurance of wildlife and cultural preservation under the direct supervision of environmental scientists who have dedicated themselves to our cause. As an IRS approved 501(c)3 Scientific Charity, we use donations and a portion of our revenue to fund grants, scholarships, and internships for students or recent graduates looking to gain experience in earth science related fields. Opportunities provided by our organization are for STEM students who have the drive and desire to contribute to the scientific community, but may not have had the grades or connections necessary to find gainful employment opportunities. We hope to eventually create a bridge where students will graduate with the experience necessary to compete or excel beyond the entry-level position.
