The 16th Annual Prescott Film Festival proudly presents two AZ produced horror film shorts, LIGHTS OFF and CAMP CALLOWAY.

LIGHTS OFF is about a man’s home that becomes possessed by a seductive demon in a sharp horror-comedy by filmmaker Mark Stewart Iverson.

CAMP CALLOWAY is a taut, atmospheric thriller following camp counselors who discover they are not alone in the woods.

Both first run films are shown in a series of AZ Shorts on July 3 at 5pm in CLI Building 19 on the Yavapai College campus in Prescott.

OUTRIDING THE DEVIL
The greatest comeback in rodeo history!

🐎 Narrated by Yellowstone star Forrie J. Smith, this powerful docudrama follows Texas Rodeo Hall of Famer Angela Ganter. After a decade-long battle with Stage 4 cancer, Angela’s return to the winner’s circle is a tribute to grit, faith and the enduring Western spirit. It’s a sweeping saga that celebrates the bonds of family and the never-say-quit attitude.

Ganter’s life and pioneering ranching heritage serve as both living history and a metaphor for Western culture and rodeo. Some of the only existing footage of early legends Jackson Sundown, George Fletcher and Bertha Blancett, along with the only known film of Old West Texas giants, Charles Goodnight and Chief Quanah Parker, adds emphasis to the movie’s breadth.
