There is something special about a group of women who have simply said “yes” to whatever God is calling them into.

This November, The Well Project will gather in Waco, Texas for our FEARLESS Women’s Retreat, and we couldn’t be more excited about the incredible team of women who will be leading this experience together.

Each woman on this team brings her own unique gifts, experiences, and testimony of God’s faithfulness.

🤎 Allyson Richardson – Founder & Executive Director of The Well Project. Through her obedience to a simple but sometimes shaky yes, God has used Allyson to create spaces where women can encounter Him, build authentic community, and grow in their faith.

One of the greatest gifts of ministry is the people God places in our lives along the way.

I’m grateful to call Brittany Boudreaux both a friend and a fellow member of The Kingdom Table. Over the years, she has been a mentor, encourager, and source of wisdom in my own journey. Many of you may remember Brittany speaking at our ARISE Women’s Conference this past February, where she shared so powerfully and authentically with the women in attendance.

I firmly believe that when one woman in the Body of Christ wins, we all win. There is room at God’s table for all of us to walk in our calling, and that is why I believe it is so important that we become one another’s loudest cheerleaders. We were never meant to compete with one another—we were created to encourage, support, and celebrate what God is doing in each other’s lives.

We are so excited to share that our Fearless Retreat in Waco is already over half full!

When registration opened for our Beacon Ladies’ Beach Retreat, we had no idea what God was about to do. That retreat sold out in just three weeks, and now we are watching Him continue to move in incredible ways through our Fearless Ladies’ Retreat and throughout this ministry.

We are truly humbled and grateful for every woman who has said “yes” to stepping away, seeking the Lord, and investing in intentional community.

If you’ve been prayerfully considering joining us, we encourage you not to wait too long. We intentionally keep our retreat gatherings intimate to create space for meaningful connection, and available spots are becoming limited.

We are incredibly excited to welcome 24 women to our Beacon Ladies’ Retreat this summer in Miramar Beach, Florida.

At The Well Project, our heart is to create intentional spaces where women can step away from the demands of everyday life, rest in the presence of God, build meaningful community, and return home refreshed and encouraged.

Upcoming Events with The Well Project

There is something so special about gathering together with women who are pursuing Jesus, healing, growth, and authentic community. We are incredibly excited for everything coming for 2026–2027 and would love for you to be part of it.

As our ministry continues to grow, our heart is also shifting more intentionally toward intimate retreat-style gatherings — spaces where women can slow down, truly connect, rest in the presence of God, and build meaningful community away from the noise and busyness of everyday life. While we love large events, there is something deeply powerful about smaller spaces where women feel known, seen, and safe to grow.

From beach retreats to mountain getaways, cozy fall weekends, worship, laughter, prayer, and deep connection — every event is created with intentional space to rest, renew, and encounter the Lord.

Lately, I feel like the Lord has been stirring something deep in my heart in this season of slowing down and resting.

For so long, I operated in survival mode… always moving, always doing, always pouring out. But in this season, God has been gently reminding me that rest isn’t wasted. Sometimes He does some of His deepest work in the quiet places.

And honestly? One of the things He’s been awakening in me again is the desire to create. 🤍

Not for performance.
Not for perfection.
Not to build a platform.

Just simply creating from a place of overflow.

As I’ve been making things for my own life, my own quiet time, and for my family this summer, I keep feeling this nudge to share them in case they encourage someone else too.

This summer, our family is going to spend 9 weeks walking through the Fruits of the Spirit together, and I created these little graphics/studies to help guide us through it. Nothing fancy — just simple tools to help keep our hearts centered on Jesus in the middle of everyday life.

So I wanted to share them here in case another family, mama, small group, or friend needed them too. ❤️

Sometimes the things God asks us to create aren’t meant to stay just for us. Sometimes they’re meant to become encouragement for someone else along the way.

Feel free to use them, share them, or walk through them with your own family this summer.

I cannot be the only one who needs the reminder that we have a God who sees us.

A God who sees beyond the smiles, the responsibilities, the striving, the pressure, and the exhaustion we try so hard to hide.

The world tells us to work harder, prove ourselves, achieve more, be noticed, be validated, and somehow earn our worth through performance. And if we’re not careful, we begin to believe our value is tied to how acknowledged we are by other people.

But Scripture reminds us of something so much deeper:
We are already fully seen by God.

El Roi — “The God Who Sees Me.”

He sees the hidden tears.
He sees the silent prayers.
He sees the disappointment, the insecurity, the loneliness, the weariness.

And yet… He still calls us loved.

We don’t have to perform for His attention.
We don’t have to earn His affection.
We don’t have to build an identity around the opinions of people because our identity was already spoken by the One who created us.

The world may overlook you.
People may misunderstand you.
But there is a loving God who sees you completely — and stays.

Rest in that today. 🤍
