Hokie's Hounds Beagle Rescue Hokie's Hounds Beagle Rescue Prairieville, LA is a 501(c)3 organization founded in Nov. 2002 dedicated to assisting beagles in Louisiana.

We are not a “bricks and mortar” shelter. We house our dogs in foster homes . CONTACT [email protected] Hokie's Hounds is an all volunteer organization. We do not have a "bricks and mortar" shelter, so our animals stay in foster homes. Our adoption process includes an application, contract, and adoption fee, which is typically $150.00. Most of our animals have been spayed/neutered prior to a

doption. They have all been vet checked. We encourage "meet and greet" opportunities, and we welcome your other dogs, children, etc. to come along when meeting a prospective companion animal. We also offer trial adoptions.

We’re trying to assist this female beagle. First, we’re in need of transportation for her from ERATH to Baton Rouge or Prairieville area. Ultimately we’d like to find a foster home placement for her. South Louisiana area. If you can help, please EMAIL [email protected].
