As some already know, G-P FFA is getting an exciting new addition to the program starting the 2026-2027 school year - a 3rd ag teacher! 🥳 We are excited to announce, Mrs. Kellie Griffin!
Kellie Griffin is a dedicated agricultural educator and lifelong advocate for youth leadership development through agricultural education and FFA. A native of Corpus Christi and graduate of Calallen High School, she began her leadership journey serving as a Texas FFA State Vice President following graduation.
Griffin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Communications from Texas Tech University and later completed a Master’s degree in Agricultural Communications at Texas A&M University–Kingsville. She began her professional career as Assistant Director for the Texas FFA Foundation before transitioning into public education in 2006 as an ELA teacher in Flour Bluff.
Since joining Tuloso-Midway ISD in 2012, Griffin has continued to make a meaningful impact in agricultural education, serving as an Agriculture Science teacher since 2016. She is passionate about helping students develop leadership skills, confidence, and a strong work ethic through FFA and agricultural experiences. In addition to her classroom responsibilities, she serves as the Area X Leadership Development Coordinator and has been an active member of the Nueces County Junior Livestock Show Board of Directors.
Griffin and her husband, Troy, have been married for nearly 23 years and have two children, Annabelle and Toby. She is excited to begin a new chapter with the GP family and looks forward to continuing her commitment to student growth, leadership, and excellence.
