Yesterday our GP FFA Radio Broadcasting Team competed from the classroom in the Coastal Bend District Virtual LDE Contest. These are part of FFA's Fall competitions known as Leadership Development Events. They focus on teamwork, speaking skills, and leadership skills. Our Broadcasting Team delivered a 7-minute agriculture related segment, virtually, to judges via Zoom and competed against 7 other teams.
Our team placed SECOND and will be advancing to the Area Virtual Contest taking place this Friday, November 20th!!!!!!!!!!! We are so proud!
The team consists of Hunter Floerke, Ben Fitzgerald and Jackson Williams.
