Thank you to everyone who has continued to document and report classroom temperature concerns. We also need you to complete the PEA survey that was sent out to members.

Early next week, PEA members will meet with the Superintendent to discuss important issues impacting educators across PUSD. The data collected from your surveys will be shared directly with the Superintendent to help demonstrate what our educators are experiencing.

🌡️ TOO HOT IN YOUR CLASSROOM? PLEASE REPORT IT!

PEA members, our Vice President recently sent an email regarding classroom temperature concerns. Please take a few minutes to:

✅ Read the email
✅ Submit a maintenance request if your classroom is too warm
✅ Complete the PEA survey
✅ Document your actual classroom temperature, if possible

The information in this flyer reflects what the district shared with PEA President Stan Ennis.

We know many classrooms are warm. Please remember that even if your thermostat displays 71°F, that does not necessarily mean your classroom is actually 71°F. This is why documenting the actual temperature is so important.

Leave a comment below or send us a private message. PEA has a limited number available, so they will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your reports help document what is happening in our classrooms and allow these concerns to be brought forward.
