🌸 Before Bloom: Prune your Palo Verde trees before they bloom to manage their structure. This timing helps prevent the removal of flower buds, ensuring a beautiful display.
🌼 During Bloom: If pruning is necessary during the bloom, focus on raising the canopy to provide clearance from structures. Be mindful of the bees buzzing around—these pollinators are vital for our ecosystem! 🐝

Wildfire Risk Reduction Qualification is coming to the Western Chapter.

Chapter leaders including Jeff Spohn, Paul Brady and a cadre of subject matter experts, have been working hard to develop a program that addresses the unique fire activity here in the west. We are excited to launch the qualification later this summer/fall.

We held a great introductory session on Zoom on Wednesday - looking forward to making a difference in this area.
