The need is great, yet the rewards are even greater. A donation of $20 buys about 55 lbs of rice, a food staple in this country. $6 buys several pounds of farm fresh produce. $3 buys 12 litres of bottled water. $5 gets a licensed physician preventive exam for a child. Please do what you can, and as often as you can. Namaste!

Returning to Nepal in mid October for about 4 weeks. "Delivering Health, Education, Hope, and Smiles.”
In need of unlocked cell phones and tablets, and as usual, any monetary donations you can afford. $20 still buys approximately 50 lbs of quality rice, the main staple for meals. Also, school supplies, and needed medical and dental care provided whenever and wherever possible for those most in need. Don't give if it hurts, just if it feels good!
