These guys are spread out promoting the apprenticeship today. Mr. Reis will be attending 2 career fairs today. One was at Southern Technical College in Swainsboro. This afternoon he will be at Jenkins County High School. Mack is at Beach High School with Step-up Savannah. Derrick was at Richmond Hill High School.

25 years, Today, we remember.

We remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage of the first responders who ran toward danger when others were told to run away.

For Ironworkers, 9/11 is more than a day in history. It is a reminder of the bond we share with the firefighters, police officers, and rescue personnel who answered the call that day. In the weeks and months that followed, Ironworkers stood alongside them in the recovery effort at Ground Zero, united by a commitment to serve others and do difficult work when it mattered most.

During the 45th International Convention, delegates paused to reflect on that sacrifice through a special tribute and remarks from IAFF President Ed Kelly.

May we never forget those we lost, the heroes who responded, and the strength, brotherhood, and resilience that carried our nation forward.

Qualifications:

Structural welders must successfully complete a required welding qualification test before assignment.
