Hey guys, long post alert, but we have so many people to thank for making this year's co****le tournament such a success! We also have some big news! We are an official 501(c)(3)!!! We got our approval a couple days before the tournament.
I, first need to thank the people, that without them, the tournament would never have happened. Abby, Lee, Chief Libby and everyone at the Port Wentworth PD, and my partners, Brandon and Patrick. Without all the planning, dedication, planning (eating while we planned) and more planning....this event wouldn't have happened. I appreciate each and everyone of you!
We also couldn't have done this without our amazing sponsors! Shout out to Johnson Group, Davis Tire, McManamy Jackson Hollis, Ben & Jerry's, Queensborough Bank & Trust, Jessica Ochoa @ Fairway Mortgage, Veteran's United, Jamie Casino and to all the other sponsors who prefer to stay anonymous! Because of your generosity, we are going to be able to help so many families this year!
We also couldn't have done this without the skills of an awesome DJ, Matt DeWitt, who for 2 years in a row donated his time and mad music mixing skills to our cause. He keeps the booties shaking while the bags are flying!
James Lee has also run the tournament for us for the last 2 years and donated boards for us to use as well. I'm so grateful for you both and know that these are things that we don't have to worry or stress about with you both at the helm.
Shoutout to Zac @ Railyard Media for the amazing photo coverage of our event. Thank you for always supporting us!
We also had some great vendors; Harris Woodworks, Burlap & Bourbon, Ameris Bank, Queensborough Bank, Shop Look Confident and Mrs. Elmore w/ her Paparazzi jewelry. If you missed out on something they were selling, contact us and we can put you in touch! Thank you all for coming and we appreciate you!
To everyone who donated for our silent auction....you rock! We made over $1000 on that alone. Thank you to Liquor Land, Patrick Donovan, Mo Hotta Mo Betta, Grunt Style, Nine Line, HUK, New American Funding, Ben & Jerry's, Repeal 33, Guaranteed Rate/Christina Boyette and Port City Spirits.
Thank you so much to the first responders who came out to compete for the trophy! Savannah Fire is taking it home this year!
If you're interested in helping with fundraising efforts give us a call! We could use it! Lol
Thanks again to my awesome partners and husband, who made this so much fun! And to all our new teammates at Johnson Group who donated their time to make the event go smoothly and those who played in the tournament this year, thank you! Can't wait to see what we can do next year!!
We still have some t-shirts left so message us and we can figure out how to get you one.
