Good afternoon team,

Thank you to Uma and Kristen, Pooler has finally done the right thing and now has four (4) DRI’s submitted.

It is critical that we write our concerns and reasons why these projects should not be approved. Email - [email protected]

Each DRI will require an email separately. Copy and past if you need to.

I have added a page to website with some details. NOTE the District at the corner of Pine Barren and Pooler Parkway requires our comments be post by Wednesday April 29, 2026

DRI 4693

“THE DISTRICT” (Corner of Pooler Parkway and Pine Barren Parcel # 5102301001A) multi-use proposed development consisting of 1,060 multi-family residential units, 440 hotel rooms, 100,000 sq ft grocery store, 135,000 sq ft anchor commercial, 12 outparcels with commercial use, etc.

TOM TRIPLETT Oglethorpe Speedway-Stone Property Warehouses, (200 Jesup Road) The project proposes redeveloping the old Oglethorpe Speedway with 3 warehouse buildings totaling 1,656,640 square feet.

2 warehouse buildings proposed totaling 957,530 square feet, Hicks Tract- SUNCAP Warehouses, Parcel # 50987 06008

DRI #4701

QuikTrip Gas Station and Convenience Store, (5005 Old Louisville Rd) 7,318 sq foot convenience store Bldg, 7,152 sq ft auto fueling canopy and 3,663 sq ft truck fueling canopy.
