Team, I am begging you to attend the Monday night council meeting. 9/21/26 @6:00 pm

Please note there is also a Work shop that is again trying to use our taxes so they can kick businesses out that don’t fit their vision on Highway 80. Just like “Old Pooler “ did not fit Aaron Henry’s vision so he has destroyed it. This is VERY serious. There is a home owner and a business who are very concerned because these people are ruthless and they want us to pay for it and then relinquish their decisions with an excuse.

Additionally two rezones that we need to stop 1) Quacco Road and 2) The District which has proven NOT to be what he tried to sell in the initial meetings. It is now over 1060 apartments, a hotel, doctors offices and strip malls. Also look at how he has worked around LLCs, current lawsuits and if he was really involved in the Alpharetta build. Just look at what is going on and do be fooled. This is important to preserve what we have left.

The meeting is also very long hoping people will lose interest. Step up and speak for the home owners and those that cannot.

I post this in the comments every time I see a post on rehoming animals and finding strays. Yall please use the rescue list. I know some are full, but some can still help you in the right direction. Always check for a chip. Go through fosters and rescues. Ask the vet for references.

“THE DISTRICT” (Corner of Pooler Parkway and Pine Barren Parcel # 5102301001A) multi-use proposed development consisting of 1,060 multi-family residential units, 440 hotel rooms, 100,000 sq ft grocery store, 135,000 sq ft anchor commercial, 12 outparcels with commercial use, etc.

TOM TRIPLETT Oglethorpe Speedway-Stone Property Warehouses, (200 Jesup Road) The project proposes redeveloping the old Oglethorpe Speedway with 3 warehouse buildings totaling 1,656,640 square feet.
