A simple friendship changed everything for one missionary kid. 💛

This sweet MK was serving in a remote area, feeling isolated and alone. Then she was connected with a young girl in the United States who wanted to encourage missionaries. What began as letters became a friendship filled with prayer, encouragement, and hope.

Wildfires have been impacting much of the world. Communities across Spain have been impacted forcing evacuations, including the area where Global Outreach missionaries Jeremy and Sylvia serve.

The entire area around Pinos Reales (Royal Pines), a Christian ministry camp they work alongside, was evacuated, and for several days no one could get in to see what had happened.

But God answered prayer! 🙏

Although the fire entered the camp, the buildings appear to have been spared! In many places, the flames came right up to the buildings and miraculously stopped.

One of the camp leaders said, “And GOD protected Royal Pines yet again.” 🙌🏻

Please keep praying that the fires will be fully controlled, that there will be no further flare-ups, and that God will provide for everything needed as the camp begins to recover. We’re praising God for His protection and thanking everyone who has been praying alongside Jeremy, Sylvia, and their ministry partners! 🙌🏻
