Today we celebrate and honor Chaplain Jay Stanley as he leaves us after more than 12 years of faithful service to Sanctuary Hospice.

For over a decade, Jay has ministered to our home hospice patients and families, offering comfort, encouragement, prayer, and the compassionate presence of Christ during some of life's most difficult moments. He has also been a source of wisdom, support, and spiritual care for our staff, faithfully walking alongside us through both challenges and celebrations.

We are deeply grateful for the countless lives he has touched and the lasting impact of his ministry. While we will miss seeing him, we celebrate this well earned new chapter and pray God's blessings over him in the years ahead.

Thank you, Jay, for serving with such dedication, compassion, and faithfulness. Your Sanctuary family wishes you a happy and blessed journey ahead!

Sherry is known by her coworkers as a constant, a dependable resource who is always willing to help and share her knowledge. To the patients and families she serves, she is reliable, comforting, and a steady presence during some of life’s most difficult moments.

What a wonderful it has been 💛

This week has been full of so much fun, laughter, sweet moments, and wonderful people. From carnivals to garden parties to western cowboy parties, and lots of sweet treats, this week has been packed full of so many fun celebrations and memories. We’ve loved getting to celebrate these facilities, residents, staff, and just be part of such a special week.

Thank you to everyone who welcomed us in and helped make this week so memorable. We truly enjoyed every minute of it 💛

This Nurses Week, we also want to celebrate the incredible facility nurses across North Mississippi that we are blessed to partner with each day. 💙 These pics are from just a few of the many we visited this week 🥰

From skilled nursing facilities to assisted living communities, nurses work tirelessly to keep their residents healthy, comforted, cared for, and deeply loved. Their compassion, patience, and dedication make a difference not only for patients, but for families and fellow caregivers as well.

We are so thankful for the partnership we share with our amazing facility teams and for the way they work alongside our Sanctuary Home Hospice staff.

Thank you for the long shifts, the tender moments, the advocacy, the hugs, the late nights, and the hearts you pour into your calling. We see you, we appreciate you, and we are grateful for you. 💐

As Nurses Week comes to a close, we want to take a moment to thank the incredible nurses who are part of our Sanctuary Hospice family. Hospice work is not always easy, but our nurses show up each day with grace, compassion, dedication, and love for the patients and families they serve.

Thank you for the comfort you bring, the hands you hold, the tears you share, and the difference you make every single day. We are beyond grateful for all of these and more (who snuck away without pics 😜)! 💛💛
