Not every hero wears a vest, some need a forever home. Adopt a career changed dog today! If you have children under 12 years old, we require they come as well.

To find our location search "K9s For Warriors Mega Kennel - Training Facility" on your GPS. ADOPTIONS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
• We require all potential adopters to fill out and submit an adoption application. Find that here: http://bit.ly/K9FWAdoptApp We get a large amount of applications daily so after you submit your application please email [email protected] stating which dog you are interested in.

• All available dogs are listed in the “Photo Albums” section of this page. Once you find a dog you are interested in, email us at [email protected] or message us here on Facebook. We will schedule a meet and greet on our campus where you will get to meet the dog(s) of your choice.

• If you already own a dog, we require you bring them with you so we can introduce them to the adoptable dog properly. If it is a perfect match, an adoption agreement will be signed, transition food will be provided along with medical records and a leash and collar. After the paperwork is signed, you will be able to take your new best friend home for FREE!

• We offer appointments Thursday - Saturday between 8 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. – During this appointment you will be able to speak with an adoption specialist to ask questions and meet the dog(s) of your choice.

• All dogs on this page eligible for adoption are NOT eligible to be Service Dogs. If you are interested in a Service Dog and qualify for our program, please fill out our Warrior Application, which can be found on our website, k9sforwarriors.org

🐾 Happy Pup-Date Day! 🐾

Hear what Whitney’s (now Zeva’s) owners have to say about her since her adoption in February 2026:

“Zeva has become the center of our lives. She is a lovable, quirky dog, and we couldn’t be happier that she is a part of our family. She enriches our lives as much as we do hers. A dog is not just a dog; it is part of the family!”

Thank you to Zeva’s family for giving her an amazing chance at a home life — we couldn’t do it without you!
