tion operates under a federal charter granted by the 81st United States Congress and it is an integral part of public instruction in agriculture. Department of Education provides leadership and helps set direction for FFA as a service to state and local agricultural education programs.

Thank you to everyone who took time out of their day to donate blood and help make a difference in our community! We also want to give a huge thank you to Pleasantville Dairy Shoppe for generously donating ice cream cups for all of our donors. We appreciate your support and everyone who helped make this blood drive a success!

We have had a couple spots open up at the last minute, and can take some walk-ins as well today for the Pleasantville FFA blood drive. Join us from 10-2 in the High School Cafeteria. Ice cream provided by Dairy Shoppe.

Our chapter had the exciting opportunity to attend the 98th State Leadership Conference in Ames, where our members actively participated in a variety of activities, including an engaging scavenger hunt. We are proud to share the outstanding results from our competitions and awards:

- Rowdy Campfield achieved an impressive milestone by receiving his Iowa degree and also earned first place for his proficiency in ag sales placement.

- 75th Anniversary Award

- Bronze National Chapter Award

- The Parliamentary Procedure team earned a Silver ranking. (Amelia Latch, Hayden Brent, Lila Cox, Leeah Hartman, Hannah Cook).

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our FFA chapter at our 75th anniversary banquet! We had a record breaking turnout of 360 people and had an amazing response to both our benefit and silent auctions. During the banquet, we celebrated past officers and creed speakers. We also had the opportunity to interview important members from our chapter's past and put together a video to share their stories with our guests. We truly appreciate the support of our Alumni, Administration and Community!
