Pleasantville FFA at the 2026 Iowa State Fair! Way to represent the chapter as exhibitors to Adoniah Koenig, Addison Wall, Emerson Hiemstra, Caleb Septer, Creyton Jones, Caleb Cook, Jonah Schumacher, and Rowdy Campfield. Amelia Latch is helping as an usher in the grandstand as well. And a huge shoutout to those helping with the tram driving!

The Marion County Fair and Iowa State Fair have always been great events for the Pleasantville FFA chapter. For decades, members have proudly exhibited their livestock and agricultural projects at the fair, showcasing the hard work, dedication, and skills they have developed throughout the year. In both 2000 and 2001, several members earned first-place honors with their livestock projects. The chapter continued its success in 2002! The below pages are pulled from our 2002 scrapbook!

The Pleasantville FFA will be hosting a Water Dodgeball Tournament at the Marion County Fair on Tuesday, July 14, at 6:30 PM in the Horse Arena. Grab your friends and put together a team for a fun night of competition. If you’d like to play, sign up on the sheet available in Dyer-Hudson starting Tuesday morning. Hope to see you there!
