The Teen Easter egg hunt is back and begins today and lasts all week! The Easter Bunny has been busy hiding eggs throughout Pleasantville just for teens in grades 7th - 12th.

Mr. Bunny also knows how smart the teens in Pleasantville are, so he always makes these eggs a little harder to find. You’ll really have to hunt for these eggs hidden around town.

🏰 Exciting Inflatables: The Pleasantville Christian Church is generously providing fun bounce houses for the children to enjoy!
📸 Pictures with the Easter Bunny: That’s right! The Easter Bunny will be there in person. Be sure to arrive early to capture that perfect memory!

It is with great honor that we announce Erin Cook as the Pleasantville Chamber of Commerce's 2025 Volunteer of the Year, in recognition of her exceptional commitment and unwavering service to our community. As a long-time educator in the Pleasantville School District, Erin has had a profound impact, not only within the classroom but also throughout our community. Her leadership in coordinating blood drives, organizing Senior Citizen Luncheon meals, and spearheading the holiday luncheon for the staff at Pleasantville Public Schools has enriched the lives of many. Erin has also inspired countless students to embrace leadership roles and encouraged them to make a positive difference in our community. The presentation of the Annual Pleasantville Chamber of Commerce Awards will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.

The Chamber is hosting an open house style event at the Chamber office in downtown Pleasantville from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm with hor d’oeuvres and refreshments. There is no charge to attend, and the public is welcome!

Presentation of awards for Business of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, and Lifetime Achievement will begin at 6:00 pm. Please plan to stop in to congratulate our award recipients and chat with them at your convenience.

Santa wants everyone to stay safe and warm, so we have made the difficult decision to cancel tonight's activities. Santa will be back in town on the 21st for Christmas on the Square and he said he looks forward to seeing everyone then!

Stop out tonight from 5 pm to 8 pm to see the lighted displays in the Cora Shadle park.

Tomorrow, Santa and Mrs Claus will be in the shelter house. Visit with Santa, grab a cookie and cup of hot chocolate.
