It’s the last day of the NFL Draft. We’ll admit, it looks wild down by the main event! We hope fans have had fun exploring downtown and the Point. But don’t forget- Squirrel Hill is open for business too!

Please don’t be intimidated by the crowds you’re seeing on TV. Our coffee shops, bookstores, pizza shops, and favorite local spots along Murray Ave, Forbes Ave, and throughout the neighborhood could really use your support. Many of our amazing small businesses were geared up for a busy weekend that hasn’t quite shown up yet.

We promise your favorite Squirrel Hill restaurant is open, parking is manageable, and they’d love to see you walk through the door.

Get out and enjoy the day! Dodge the rain. It’s going to be a beautiful day in the neighborhood.
