Pittsburgh East MTB Mountain Bike team

Pittsburgh East MTB Mountain Bike team Pittsburgh East MTB Team is a composite mtn biking team made up of middle and high school students, part of the PA Interscholastic Cycling League.

The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Cycling League was organized in 2014 to provide mountain biking programs for students in grades 6 to 12. The League is the governing body for middle and high school (grades 6-12) cross-country mountain biking for the entire state of Pennsylvania. The League is a project league of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA). The League provides support and structure for middle and high school cross-country mountain biking. The League is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The League is a self-governing, self-funded, and self supported program that partners with middle & high schools.

What is a mountain bike “Try-It”? 🚵🏼‍♂️
This FREE event is an opportunity for students entering grades 6-12 to discover mountain biking through fun games and activities led by licensed mountain bike coaches and staff from the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Cycling League (PICL) who help riders have fun & safe adventures on their bikes.
A Try-It is the great way to:
✅ Learn about joining a mountain bike team
✅ Meet other riders
✅ Experience the fun of riding in a welcoming environment
No mountain biking experience is needed!
