💜 PLEASE SHARE / TAG- Are you a store manager or do you know one? Help us make our Confidence Project (August 21–25) an unforgettable experience for local children and teens heading back to school!
We want to stretch our dollars as much as we can. We’re looking for store managers who may be able to offer discounts, donate new merchandise, or help us purchase clearance items for our special shopping event Aug 20-23. Angels Community Outreach Pitman NJ.
Our goal is to fill our Clothing Closet with brand-new clothing, socks, underwear, sports bras, and toiletries so every child has the opportunity to “shop” for the items they love. And pick out that 1st Day of School Outfit!
Unlike many giveaway events, our kids and teens don’t simply receive a bag of supplies. They get to walk through our Clothing Closet, browse the racks, and choose their own outfits, toiletries, food/snacks and essentials just like shopping in a real store.
That experience matters.
For many of the children we serve, this is the first time they’ve ever been able to choose something that’s brand new and truly their own. Instead of wearing whatever is available, they get to pick the colors, styles, and products they like. That simple choice builds confidence, independence, and excitement for the first day of school.
