The number of families turning to Angels Community Outreach for help continues to grow, and we are feeling the strain.

Behind every request for help is a person with a story. Someone who may be struggling behind a smile, just trying to make ends meet.

We want to help more families, expand our hours, and say YES more often. But we can’t do it without more helping hands.

If you’ve ever considered volunteering, NOW is the time. We desperately need people who can commit just once a week to our Purple Power Team.

Please watch, share, and consider being part of something that truly makes a difference.

AWA Pet Food Pantry will be held this Saturday, October 10, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

The AWA Pet Food Pantry is here to help support pet owners in our community by providing pet food and supplies to families in need. If you or someone you know could benefit from this resource, we encourage you to stop by during pantry hours.

Teamwork!! BAM!!

🚨ALERT!!🚨 Brunch on Broad will be a drive hub for Angels Community Outreach this Wednesday, October 7th! Bring items for donation to brunch and get raffle tickets for every item you bring. More raffle tickets = more chances to win prizes!

Angels is in need of the following:

💆🏻‍♀️ Shampoo and conditioner
🧼 Body wash and bar soap
🦷 Toothpaste and mouthwash
🪒 Razors and shaving cream
🩸 Sanitary pads and tampons
🐾 Cat and dog food

🐾💜Please SHARE and help us turn a rainy cancellation into something good. 💜🐾 Today would have been our Pet Halloween Fundraiser at Cedarvale Winery. Unfortunately, because it was an outdoor event and rain was in the forecast, we had to make the difficult decision to cancel.

But the pets we were raising money for still need us.

This fundraiser was about so much more than a fun afternoon. The money raised helps us:

🐾 Fill our Kibble Corner Pet Food Pantry so families struggling financially don’t have to choose between feeding themselves and feeding their best friend.

🐾 Spay and neuter pets to help prevent unwanted litters and keep more animals from entering already overcrowded shelters.

🐾 Help when a client’s pet becomes sick and they simply don’t have the money for veterinary care.

🐾 And sometimes, in the hardest moments, help a family give their beloved pet a peaceful goodbye and help them over the Rainbow Bridge. 🌈

We lost our fundraiser today, but we don’t want to lose the impact it could have made.

Please consider making the donation you might have made if you had joined us today.

Every dollar makes a difference.

Every dollar helps fill an empty food bowl.
Every dollar helps us spay and neuter another pet.
Every dollar helps prevent another unwanted litter and keeps more animals from entering already overcrowded shelters.

And sometimes, your donation allows us to say “yes” when a family calls because their beloved pet is sick and they have nowhere else to turn.

Sometimes it allows us to help a family give their best friend one final act of love, a peaceful journey over the Rainbow Bridge. 🌈🐾

We couldn’t hold our fundraiser today, but together, we can still make sure the animals don’t lose what today was supposed to provide.
