📣 League Members, join us tomorrow at 10 am for a Street Clean! Come meet our New Members and help us clean up Bennett Street! 🧹

We’ll meet in front of Railhouse Brewery Penn Station and head out from there. The cleanup usually takes about an hour. Afterwards, we’ll head to Maisonette for coffee and a snack! ☕️🥐

🧤 We’ll provide grabbers, gloves, and trash bags.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Kids and spouses are welcome!

This weekend we gathered for a meaningful morning of learning and conversation at the Leadership in Action workshop by Jeff Hutchins ⭐️

We spent the morning exploring what it means to lead with intention, communicate clearly, and create meaningful impact.

We’re grateful to Jeff Hutchins for sharing his insight with our league members and to everyone who joined us ready to learn and grow!

Leadership development is an important part of what we do at JLMC, and we’re proud to invest in developing women who lead in our League, in their workplace, and in our community.

For over 35 years, Friend to Friend has served Moore County by helping survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking rebuild their lives. Each year, their team supports an average of 1,500 individuals through 24/7 crisis call response, safe housing, court advocacy, and comprehensive support services to foster safety, healing, and hope. Their next major event is the 5th Annual Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Symposium on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at The Paddock at Red's Corner, for a day dedicated to education, awareness, and strengthening our community's response. International Find the Good Day – created by The Junior League – is dedicated to finding the good in yourself, your community, and the world around you. This Day is not just a date on the calendar; it’s a movement that reflects the timeless spirit of Junior Leagues – a legacy of kindness, empowerment, and community transformation. Together, we aim to make a difference by embracing the power of unity, positive change, and finding the good. On the third Thursday in September, Junior Leagues across the Association hosts events and raise awareness. Whether it is a community fair or a self-care event for local leaders, this day provides an opportunity to build awareness and support for The Junior League movement.
