Javonne L. Robinson is a seasoned federal leader, dedicated public servant, community advocate, and proud second-generation HBCU graduate whose career has been defined by excellence, leadership, service, and an unwavering commitment to uplifting others.
A graduate of the historic University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Javonne earned her Bachelor’s degree in May 2001 before continuing her education and obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University. She has further distinguished herself professionally by earning the prestigious Federal Acquisition Certification in Program and Project Management (FAC-PPM) and Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting Officer's Representative (FAC-COR) Level III, credentials that reflect her expertise in federal acquisition, program management, and organizational leadership.
Throughout her federal career, Javonne has consistently been recognized as a transformational leader. She has received numerous Special Act Awards for her outstanding contributions, including leadership of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, development and ex*****on of highly successful Building Management Workshops, and exemplary leadership across multiple high-impact projects and teams. Her work has not only improved organizational effectiveness but has also fostered cultures of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.
Her commitment to public service has earned recognition beyond her agency. Through the St. Louis Federal Executive Board, Javonne has been honored with several distinguished awards, including:

These honors reflect her ability to inspire others, build partnerships, and create meaningful change throughout the federal community.
A Legacy of Sisterhood and Service
For more than 27 years, Javonne has proudly served as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the first historically African American sorority for college-educated women.
Her Alpha Kappa Alpha journey began on March 14, 1999, on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where she was initiated through the legendary Always Pretty Alpha Rho Chapter. Alongside her 48 line sisters, she became one of the celebrated 49 Exquisite Pearls of Perfection—a line affectionately regarded by many as one of the most memorable and impactful groups to ever grace Alpha Rho.
Following graduation, Javonne relocated to Kansas City, Missouri, to begin her federal career with the General Services Administration. There, Alpha Kappa Alpha immediately provided a network of friendship and support through sorority sisters Yolanda Smith and Krystal James, demonstrating the lifelong bonds that define sisterhood.
After relocating to St. Louis, Missouri, Javonne continued building meaningful connections within the sorority, reconnecting with line sister Alecia Shelby Thompson and developing a close relationship with fellow soror Sharita Shelby Brown. Javonne often says that being a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha means "you have sisters wherever you go."
Today, she is a proud and active member of the Outstanding Omicron Eta Omega Chapter, where she has served in numerous leadership capacities. She has held chapter officer positions, chaired multiple committees, led chapter fundraisers, and continues to dedicate her talents to advancing the sorority's mission of service to all mankind. As Javonne often says:
"Alpha Rho birthed me, and Omicron Eta Omega is raising me."
In addition to her chapter leadership and service, Javonne proudly serves as a Board Member of the Ivy Foundation of St. Louis, the charitable arm supporting educational advancement and community impact initiatives. Working alongside her fellow board members, she helps oversee programs and fundraising efforts that provide opportunities for future generations of leaders. Through the Foundation's commitment to academic excellence, Javonne plays a role in helping award more than ten scholarships annually to deserving college-bound students, empowering them to pursue higher education and achieve their dreams. She considers this work one of the most meaningful ways to invest in the future and continue a legacy of service, scholarship, and leadership.
Family, Faith, and HBCU Tradition
While Javonne has achieved tremendous professional and community success, her greatest pride is her family.
She is married to her college sweetheart, Rory Robinson, a fellow May 2001 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a Spring 1999 member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. through the Beta Theta Chapter. Together they have built a loving partnership spanning more than 19 years of marriage.
Their greatest joy is their daughter, Rori Londyn Robinson, an energetic, accomplished, and spirited 10-year-old who proudly embraces her family's HBCU legacy. Rori has attended UAPB Homecoming since she was just seven months old and often jokes that she is an alumna of "Dear Mother" herself.
For Javonne, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff—affectionately known as "Dear Mother"—is more than a university; it is family tradition. She is a second-generation UAPB graduate, continuing a legacy established by her parents, who were also college sweethearts, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who proudly call UAPB their alma mater.
Javonne is also a member of the UAPB/AM&N National Alumni - Gateway Alumni Chapter.
Javonne and her family are members of Friendly Temple Church in St. Louis, Missouri under the leadership of Rev Michael F. Jones, Sr.

Whether leading federal initiatives, mentoring future leaders, advancing diversity and inclusion, serving her sorority, or pouring into her family and community, Javonne Robinson exemplifies excellence in every space she enters.
