A workshop can spark a dream. A connected pathway can help a student reach it.
At kNOw Limits Foundation, we are building more than one-time experiences.
We get to know the whole student—their academic progress, strengths, interests, personal goals, career dreams and the barriers that may stand in their way.
Then we walk alongside them.
Through grade-level workshop series, industry- and academic-focused cohorts, and support from educators and school counselors, students receive help developing academic, college, career and workforce-readiness plans.
But we don’t stop at planning.
Through intentional partnerships with employers, colleges, apprenticeship programs and youth-serving organizations, we help students make direct connections to their next step.
This is how we move students from:
EXPOSURE → EXPLORATION → PREPARATION → CONNECTION
When students become educated, skilled and gainfully employed, families grow stronger, communities advance and our economy benefits.
