Hidden Lakes – Tennis & Pickleball Court Closure
Please be advised that the tennis and pickleball courts will be closed October 12–18 for resurfacing.

During this time, FOBs will not provide access to the courts, but will continue to work normally for the pool.

If the resurfacing is completed ahead of schedule, we will send out an update letting everyone know the courts have reopened.

According to this, the deadline for property taxes has been pushed to November 15th.

A member of the community saw this post on Next Door. Property tax payments are due October 1st and apparently Maricopa County experienced delays getting these out to us in time.

New Homeowner Portal - Frontsteps Community

Hello Homeowners,

We're excited to announce that Frontsteps Community is now active and ready for you to register! Frontsteps Community will become your community's official website and homeowner portal on October 1.

Your current Enumerate, Village Connection website will remain available through September 30 and will be deactivated after that date. We encourage you to register for Frontsteps as soon as you receive your invitation so you'll be ready for the transition.

What You Need to Do

Watch your email for an invitation from Frontsteps to activate your account.
Register your account as soon as you receive the invitation.
Start using Frontsteps Community on October 1 as your community's new website and homeowner portal.
Please Note: Each deeded homeowner must have a separate email address on file to receive their own Frontsteps Community login. If you need to add or update an email address or have your invitation resent, please contact Brown Community Management at 480-539-1396.
Once registered, you'll have access to:
Community documents and governing documents
Meeting notices and announcements
Homeowner account information
Online assessment payments and recurring payment options
Community communications and updates
Maintenance and architectural requests
Frontsteps Community is available through both a web browser and the Frontsteps Community mobile app, giving you convenient access anytime, anywhere. We'll continue adding resources and enhancing the portal over the coming months.

Frontsteps Pay
Frontsteps Pay is also available as another convenient option for making your assessment payments. If you prefer, you're welcome to continue using your current payment method. To learn more about Frontsteps Pay, please review the information below:

Fall Landscape Planting Requests

Hello Hidden Lakes Homeowners,

With the recent rain and cooler weather on the horizon, it’s a great time to start planning for fall landscaping! 🌿🌧️

The Landscape Committee is preparing for the upcoming fall planting season. If you have a landscape-related request for your property, please submit it no later than October 15.

Submitting requests by this date allows the Landscape Committee and landscaper sufficient time to review requests, order plants and materials, and coordinate planting during the appropriate fall planting window.

Dear Hidden Lakes Residents,

With the November 3 election approaching, we would like to remind residents of the community requirements regarding political signs and flags. In accordance with Arizona law and Hidden Lakes HOA rules, the following guidelines apply:

Political signs and flags may be displayed no earlier than 71 days before Election Day and must be removed within 15 days after Election Day.
Individual signs may not exceed the greater of 24" x 24" or the maximum size permitted by the City of Phoenix. The total aggregate area of all political signs on a Lot, including window displays, may not exceed nine square feet.
Signs may be displayed in a window or in the shrub beds adjacent to the kitchen area. Signs placed in landscape beds must be supported by wire.
Signs may not be taped or otherwise fastened to exterior doors, trim, stucco walls, garage doors, or exterior windows.
Political solicitation, including door-to-door canvassing and signature gathering, is permitted subject to applicable community access and identification requirements.
For purposes of these rules, a political “sign” includes a sign or flag intended to influence an election, recall, ballot measure, question, proposition, or petition.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping keep Hidden Lakes in compliance with the applicable requirements throughout the election season.
