The Arizona Veterans StandDown Alliance (AVSA) is a program of the Arizona Housing Coalition that holds resource fairs across the state to provide support and resources to veterans experiencing housing instability and homelessness. The Arizona StandDown is an annual 3-day event that brings together the Valley's homeless and at-risk military veterans, connecting them with services and resources intended to end their homelessness.

💙 WHO/WHY: This FREE event is open to all Show Low area who are in need of complimentary services including veteran benefits, free hot meals, health services, job/employment assistance, housing services, haircuts, social security benefits, veterans court, education services, and so much more!

📂 Registration/Entry: Proof of military service is required. Please bring your DD Form 214, ID cards, Social Security cards, and any disability claim information.

🦀 Our team had a blast eating lunch at Angry Crab Shack to support this month's "You Dine, We Donate" fundraising initiative!

🇺🇸 This statewide campaign is raising funds to help support vulnerable veterans experiencing housing instability through our life-changing connections to resources.

🍤 Have you made it to Angry Crab Shack yet? They're still running the fundraiser through Friday! All you have to do is dine in and they'll make a donation for each person in your party.

🦀 There's one week left to help us meet the goal of $100,000 for the 10th Annual "You Dine, We Donate" fundraiser with Angry Crab Shack!

🍴 All you have to do is dine in at any Angry Crab location in Arizona through the end of July and they'll donate to support veterans and first responders experiencing housing instability. Want to make an even bigger impact? Additional funds are being raised through select beverages, limited edition t-shirts, and featured menu items.

🍤 Together, we can make a difference... one meal at a time!

🦀 Our annual fundraising partnership with Angry Crab Shack, You Dine We Donate, kicked off today! In its tenth year, this month-long event raises funds to help us provide support and resources to at-risk veterans experiencing housing instability.

🍤 To participate, all you have to do is dine in at any Angry Crab Shack location in Arizona during the month of July and they'll donate $0.25 per guest!

🇺🇸 Last year, this initiative raised $25,000 toward helping ensure our state's veterans are stable, housed, and thriving. We'll see you there!
