👏🏼 Congratulations to Laura Davis of Atmosphere Commercial Interiors, our 2026 Woman ICON, and Molly Stegman of CBRE, this year’s Rising ICON Scholarship winner.

Keynote speaker Amy Jo Martin challenged the room to embrace a renegade mindset and ask, “Why not now?” when it comes to taking bold action and creating what’s next.

A special thank you to the sponsors who helped make Woman ICON possible: McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., Brinkmann Constructors, PCL Construction, Bosch Building Technologies North America, ASI General Contractors, Ghaster Painting and Coatings, Tanner, and Chasse Building Team.

From the conversations throughout the evening to the moments of recognition on stage, there was so much to celebrate. What was your favorite part?
